Wherever you find yourself on the path - questioning, grieving, longing, or simply seeking stillness - I offer a compassionate space to notice the sacred at work in your everyday life.
I'm an interfaith chaplain and spiritual director, and I walk alongside people of every faith - and those of none. As a chaplain on a hospital's palliative and supportive care team, I accompany people through grief, uncertainty, and the questions that surface at life's tender thresholds.
Spiritual direction isn't therapy, and I'm not here to fix or advise. I'm here to listen with you and to help you notice what is already stirring in your own life.
Spiritual direction is not advice-giving or therapy. It is a contemplative conversation - a chance to slow down, pay attention, and explore your relationship with the sacred, however you understand it. The director's role is simply to listen with you and for you.
Whatever is alive for you - a loss, a transition, a decision, a longing, a question of purpose, or a faith that is shifting. You bring the material; we listen into it together.
Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, spiritual-but-not-religious, or unsure - all are welcome. If the word "sacred" isn't yours, we'll use language that is.
We meet for about 50 minutes online, usually monthly. We begin with a free introductory call - an unhurried, no-obligation hello to see if this feels right.
The sacred is not elsewhere. It is here, in the life you are already living.
Alongside ongoing spiritual direction, I offer companionship in two related practices - each a different doorway into the same work of tending your inner life.
Ongoing, contemplative accompaniment for your spiritual life - meeting regularly to listen together for meaning, wherever you find yourself on the path.
Grounded, non-clinical support for those approaching or returning from a psychedelic experience - tending to intention beforehand, and making meaning of what arises afterward. For many people, spiritual direction can offer a natural home for this kind of integration - an unhurried space to make sense of what a journey stirred, and to carry its meaning forward.
I offer a compassionate space to speak openly, sit in silence, remember, and make sense of what has changed. Together, we can explore the questions and feelings that arise, drawing on your beliefs, relationships, and sources of strength. There is no prescribed way to grieve, and no timetable for healing.
These are forms of spiritual care - not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
If something here resonates, I'd be glad to hear from you. There's no pressure and no commitment - reach out and we can explore whether spiritual direction feels right for you.
