A life of listening.
I am an Interfaith Chaplain and Spiritual Director, bringing a multidisciplinary background spanning spiritual care, spiritual direction, recovery-oriented practice, and public-facing professional education. Interfaith Chaplain · Spiritual Director · Integration Coach
Prior to my work in spiritual care, I enjoyed a decades-long career in the television industry and served for over thirty years in public-facing leadership roles as a board member of diverse, non-profit, community organizations.
I'm a certified spiritual director, and my foundation includes chaplaincy, with clinical experience in hospital, palliative, and hospice settings, offering a compassionate understanding of trauma, grief, and existential suffering. I hold a master’s in social sciences with a concentration in Spiritual Psychology and am a certified facilitator through the Center for Psychedelic Therapy & Research, offering integration coaching - supporting an evidence-informed and integrative approach grounded in ethical care and cultural humility. Decades of my own recovery inform this work and deepen my respect for the courage that healing asks of each person.
Trained as a Level I and II Reiki practitioner, I bring a gentle, body-centered awareness to my holistic care practice.
Music is my contemplative art form. As a composer and musician, I create ambient and neo-classical soundscapes designed to support reflection, healing, and altered states.
